Today’s Agenda
1) Get out homework. Let’s talk about what we changed and why.
2) Today I asked you to bring your laptops with you. Let’s get into groups of three (ideally).
3) In your group, you are to have copies of all the handouts I have given you so far:
a. Technical Background
b. Executive Order
c. Leakage Report
You are to take this information and compile it into a two page (double spaced) paper on what, besides the mechanical failure of the O-rings, led to the Challenger accident. Once you have written this document, you will produce a power point presentation to present your findings to the class. If we have time in class for this today, you will present your findings to the class.
